This feature is accessed by clicking on the "Goto Lodge Name ..." button on the View Record Details screen.
The input box shown below will appear and the desired Lodge Name (or part of the Lodge Name) should be entered in the space provided. On clicking the Search button, the desired Lodge Name will be sought and, if only one match is found, the resultant Lodge details will be displayed on the View Record Details screen.
It is possible that more than one Lodge meets the search criteria. In such a case, a screen similar to the one below will be displayed.
The drop-down box will contain a list of all the Lodge names matching the search criteria. By clicking once on the downward facing arrow to the right of the Lodge name, a list of the Lodges will appear (see screen below).
To select the desired Lodge, click on the appropriate Lodge name and then click the OK button. The desired Lodge will then be displayed on the View Record Details screen.
